Pan Shiyi's photography studio was never just a place to shoot. Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, it served as a reception room for dignitaries, a set for Phoenix TV's "Pan Talks Photography," and a stage where architecture met portraiture.

Every corner, built to be in the picture.
