RecoMeetings happen in the room. The record should stay there too. A vibe-coding project built with DeepSeek and Kimi, Reco turns conversation into captions, translation, and usable notes — without handing the audio to the cloud.

A caption window has one job: be readable, and get out of the way. Original speech in large white type, translation beneath in quiet gray — the original and translation are easy to distinguish at a glance. The window stays clear of the action, never translucent, never half-hidden. Glass, used sparingly. Dark, by default. When the meeting ends, the export holds exactly what matters: the minutes.
字幕窗只有一件事要做：看得清，不挡路。原文白字大字，译文灰字小字——谁说了什么，一眼就知道。窗口永远清晰，不贴边、不半透明、不挡内容。毛玻璃，点到为止。深色，默认。会议结束，导出的只有该有的：会议纪要。
Tauri captures the room. Python does the thinking. A local 8B model translates and summarizes; offline recognition cleans the record. Audio recognition, translation, and summarization run locally, without a cloud processing backend. What began as a personal fix became a real Mac app, then something worth sharing — and finally, open source.
Tauri 负责听见房间，Python 负责思考。本地 8B 模型完成翻译与摘要，离线识别把记录重新擦亮。没有后端，不依赖云端。最初只是解决自己的问题，后来成为真正的 Mac 应用，值得分享，也最终开源。
